Schedule

  • PALS/ACLS: Saturday and Sunday. WHOLE DAY 8AM start, APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. Please register by calling 310 251 5965 and paying through Zelle (same number).
  • BLS/CNA/CEUs: call to schedule an appointment.
  • Once you schedule, there ARE NO REFUNDS, but reschedules are allowed.
  • Pay through ZELLE or PAYPAL ONLY!

CNA Program and CEUs for CNA and HHA

  • Program is approved until 04/01/2025 by CDPH (California Dept of Public Health)
  • In person classes
  • 27-day program, 7-8 hours per day Monday to Friday.
  • Clinical is in person and done at Harbor Care Center from 7:00AM – 3:30PM for 13 days supervised by a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • CEUs for CNA and HHA also provided!

BLS & First Aid

  • BLS: $75–Commonly known as CPR Instruction
  • First Aid: $75
  • Hands-on Basic Life Support includes CPR with AED
  • First Aid is also available
  • Both are AHA (American Heart Association) accredited.

BLS Instruction is by appointment only, 7 days a week, 9AM-6PM start time.

ACLS Certification

  • Advanced cardiac life support, or advanced cardiovascular life support refers to clinical guidelines for people who develop life-threatening cardiovascular conditions that cause the heart to beat slowly (bradycardia), heart to beat faster than normal ( tachycardia), heart to stop (asystole) and cardiac arrest. ACLS uses advanced medical procedures, medications and team work.

  • Those who have expired ACLS and PALS cards are considered initial course.
  • There are two kinds of classes,
    • 1.Full Course (theory and skills in person-$250) . Please do the pre-self assessment course and bring the certificate of the pre-self assessment course. Go to the https://elearning.heart.org for the free pre-self assessment course
    • 2. Recommended Blended Course (complete theory portion online at AHA, only do SKILLS-$140 in person). MATERIALS NOT INCLUDED.

  • Students taking ACLS and/or PALS should have current BLS cards.
  • Renewal for ACLS and PALS are for students with current ACLS and PALS cards (no expired cards).

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) is for healthcare providers that need to care for infants and children in emergencies, intensive care and critical care.
  • In this course, you will learn to assess, recognize, and provide high quality care to pediatric patients in life threatening medical emergencies such as shock, cardiac and respiratory events.
